By accessing or using the Queue Zero mobile application (the “App”) or visiting queue-zero.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our App or Website.
Description of service
Queue Zero allows users to:
- View restaurant profiles and menus
- Make table reservations
- Receive confirmations and reminders
We may update or modify the features at any time without prior notice.
User responsibilities
By using the App or Website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation
- Not use the App or Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the App or Website services or servers
You are responsible for any activity conducted under your account or device.
Reservations and cancellations
We act as an intermediary between users and restaurants. While we strive to confirm all reservations, the final responsibility lies with the restaurant.
You may cancel or modify a reservation according to each restaurant’s policy. Failure to show up or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in suspension of your access.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites or services.
Intellectual property
All content and features of the App and Website—including logos, design, text, and code—are the intellectual property of Queue Zero unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App or Website at our discretion, including (but not limited to) violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the service.

Use of our services is at your own risk. We provide them “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App or Website means you accept the revised Terms.
